Many of my works are either fanfiction or containing concepts of previous existing work, and this is where I draw the line in regards to my copyrights.
When I do, I always provide the proper credit. If you do plan on writing something based on an existing work, you should be doing the same. Unless noted otherwise, all the content posted in here belong to me.
Everything else used in this site are copyrighted by its respectful owners. My writing exists for fun and for the enjoyment and appreciation of an existing work and all of my fanfiction are written as non-profit. Only my original work will be (one day) presented for profit.
A few of the artists and enthusiasts have this mindset: It’s very difficult to be original. In fact, no matter how original you may be, you always find inspirations from existing works already and simply just enhanced them in to your own style. Therefore, while we can claim anything we created as something original, it is also advisable to mention our sources in which we got our inspirations from. Not only that this adheres to general copyright regulations, but it simply is our way to show our love and respect to our favorite existing works.
Therefore, I would like to thank the following1 for giving me the inspiration to write my stories and share them to the world:
- CLAMP – the awesome all-female mangaka2 team who created one of my all-time favorite manga/anime series, Card Captor Sakura.
- The Purveyors of J-Pop and K-Pop – idols, the agencies behind the idols, and anything and anyone else involving in the industry— for giving me a bit of an “education” of what the East Asian idol world is like. There are a few differences, but both the J-Pop and K-Pop idol industries are pretty much the same.
- ABS-CBN and Endemol – for producing and creating the Filipino version of Big Brother. It’s probably the only Filipino show (in general) that I watch constantly.
- NaNoWriMo – For the fun encouragement that anyone can write a novel, even though they may not be published.
… and more to come. Stay tuned!
